Hey everyone I’m Abbey Sharp welcome to Abbey’s Kitchen. In today's video, we will be looking at Dani Spies (founder of the amazing food blog Clean & Delicious) WIEIAD and reviewing her high protein take for a balanced recipe inspo. You guys know how I feel about the descriptor “clean” but I am 100% here for delicious. And I am absolutely here for protein. But is there such thing as too much protein?

I love watching your videos. I wish you were my best friend because girl I know you would have me right. I find it so hard to get the protein in 1500-1600 calories. A lot of recipes I look up I don’t like. I suppose I have to play with it and tweak it to my personal style and write it down until I get the numbers write but that is so overwhelming for me. Thanks for always sharing and being there lol. Have a great weekend.

Her protein power sounds so amazing. Does anyone know if it’s possible to ship to Europe at a reasonable cost?

  • @brittcoffee913 says:

    Never expected this crossover!

Guys I can actually vouch for Nourish. I had a bad case of SIBO and have GI issues for my while life. My GI doctor requested I find a nutritionist and I wanted someone who specialized in SIBO and I was easily able to find one on Nourish. That nutritionist has been extremely helpful and I feel I’m in a good spot now. ALSO, I did not pay a dime for the service. It was 100% covered by my insurance. Insane I even waited to get help…

  • @kimthomas3399 says:

    I love Dani Spies.

  • @craigjeffries says:

What a pleasant surprise! I’ve been following you both for years and get a lot of inspiration from you both. She even commented in her video that she has nothing against regular peanut butter, but the PB Fit was to get more protein in. Great additional tips in this video, as always, Abbey.

  • @nonnjie says:

Thank you for this video!! I started weight / strength training 3 times a week and have been searching for protein rich tips and tricks! Love your content! <3

  • @audreybringgold6217 says:

    Loved this. Thanks!

  • @jlw7189 says:

When you’re older you need more protein because your body metabolises protein less efficiently,

  • @user-ci2si8mi1x says:

Great protein tip with the powdered peanut butter! I’ve missed peanut butter since having to adopt a low fat diet due to cholesterol. Your videos have helped heal my relationship with food so much! I would love your tips on how to not lose that relationship when you suddenly have to adopt a more restrictive and specialized diet due to a health concern.

    • @stephanieok5365 says:

It’s also so much easier to clean blenders when you are using the powdered peanut butter in smoothies. 🎉

  • @Flaulicower says:

As a “meal on the field” rich in protein I love to do egg bites, 200-250g liquid egg whites, one or two whole eggs and some veggies (love to add red and green peppers and leek).

  • @abigaileg7345 says:

I really like having the pictures when you breakdown the Hunger Crushing Combo elements of the meal❤❤❤

  • @vickydollie96 says:

My dietitian has me eating 150 grams of protein/day to help heal my small intestine from damage from undiagnosed celiac disease. It’s a lot but not too bad with a little bit of collagen supplementation.

I clicked on this review with trepidation when I saw Dani Spies (Speez, like bees), I was going through my head for anything I had seen in her content that wasn’t practical and not fussy while being absolutely solid in the yum factor! I couldn’t think of a single thing, so I was very relieved that she checked out on your no BS meter! I appreciate your vote of confidence!

  • @debbytebbetts3660 says:

I was so excited to watch this video! Love to watch both of y’all’s content. Great work ❤

  • @Samimama92 says:

That egg bake looks soooo good! And I’m glad I’m not the only person who loves peanut butter on their pancakes.

  • @leonor_ibh says:

i love you and your videos so much abbey!!

  • @CleanandDeliciousDani says:
