I went for a 3 mile walk by the sea ( I live near the coast) with my dog today. The tide was in. It was breezy, so the sea was noisy and raging. It was a very sensory experience, and I felt brilliant afterwards

Iโve been having digestive issues sooooo I changed my diet a few days ago and what a difference a few days make. Iโve slept the night through the past 3 nights (so far) I AM FEELING WONDERFUL!!!!!! Havenโt slept like that in yeeeaaars!Hope it keeps up
