  • @katiewarszawski2350 says:

I workout every day of the week in some way or another. I’m training for a 10k in the spring and a 5k in two weeks.

Because the fall/holidays come REALLY fast, and hit hard!! Excellent idea to be ahead of it!!❀❀

I’ve been slacking with getting my workouts done. Right now its at 3 times a week. My goal is to start waking up around 4:45 am to workout before leaving to go to my office job. Thankfully, working from home 2 days a week helps. One thing that I did change is adding swimming back into my workout routine once a week. I’m already seeing results just from this one minor change and feeling stronger each week. Added bonus is feeling more motivated now πŸ™‚

  • @natn.2041 says:

I workout 6 days a week, 3 days weight lifting, 2 cardio and 1 boot camp.

  • @HeidiHi_ says:

I try my best to walk 30-60 mins a day sometimes twice a day and that’s enough for me right now!πŸ˜…

  • @karlaestrello4346 says:

I workout 4-5 days a week! I love your videos!

  • @user-ec4ec9nr3f says:

5 days a week… cardio 2 days, weights 4 days and still am gaining weight ugh!

  • @gillianekahn4509 says:

5 days a week! I always hit 12k steps though, even on my days off.

  • @robino941 says:

I work out 7 days/week. That includes tennis, running, biking, and strength training. Exercising always boosts my mood! πŸ’š

  • @VerySelena says:

    Oooohh that bike!
Ahhh okay that’s good advice for Sundays. Because I usually do nothing except the daily 10. But adding the Yesoul bike would be a great addition to an β€˜active’ rest day!πŸ’•

I workout in our guest room so it’s a smaller space too! And I purposely close the vents for ac when I workout to get the room warm and keep me heatedπŸ’•

Happy Sunday!!! Thank you so much for being here for us (me)!!!!!Since April 1, 6 days a week. Rebounder workouts 10 to 20 minutes 6 days, strength training 4 days 10 to 20 minutes, upper body /abs 2 day, lower booty /legs two days.

  • @NS-bp8yv says:

6 days a week! Started January 8th of this year. I am 48 years old. Never really worked out much before. Tried a few times prior to that but never stuck with the app consistently until January 8th. Pushing through after about 3 weeks it became a habit and has changed my life! Thank you LSF! Your kindness and encouragement is so motivating! There have been a few days here and there since January that I missed due to life, hurricane, minor medical procedure etc. Putting in the consistency in the beginning and forming the habit makes it so easy to get right back to it. I feel stronger and more fit than I have my whole adult life. Couldn’t have done it without Katie and the team!!

  • @michelleoconnell911 says:

That’s a cool bike! I’ve been faithfully following the Move app workout program since January 7! I haven’t miised a day – so 3 strength, 3 cardio, 1 active rest day. For cardio, I do Move videos, my spin bike, or the elliptical. I really like yoga on my active rest days.

  • @lindabernstein5670 says:

    Thank you for this

  • @mollys302 says:

It depends on the week, but usually I work out 6 days a week.

  • @lilleypad01 says:

5 days a week for strength and hoping to walk each day too! Thanks for the tips!

  • @amiereviews4152 says:

    Usually 6 days a week

  • @teresasweeney3901 says:

I lift 3 days a week, yoga 3 days a week and walk daily. Ill definitely need to work on switching up the intensity on the days i dont lift πŸ˜‚
