Awesome! I workout at least 2 days a weekβ¦. Trying to up it to at least 4xβs π
I workout every day of the week in some way or another. Iβm training for a 10k in the spring and a 5k in two weeks.
Because the fall/holidays come REALLY fast, and hit hard!! Excellent idea to be ahead of it!!β€β€
I’ve been slacking with getting my workouts done. Right now its at 3 times a week. My goal is to start waking up around 4:45 am to workout before leaving to go to my office job. Thankfully, working from home 2 days a week helps. One thing that I did change is adding swimming back into my workout routine once a week. I’m already seeing results just from this one minor change and feeling stronger each week. Added bonus is feeling more motivated now π
I workout 6 days a week, 3 days weight lifting, 2 cardio and 1 boot camp.
I try my best to walk 30-60 mins a day sometimes twice a day and that’s enough for me right now!π
I workout 4-5 days a week! I love your videos!
5 days a week⦠cardio 2 days, weights 4 days and still am gaining weight ugh!
Probably need to look at your diet
Fix your cells, fix everything. Gut health is the most important. Heal and seal the gut and everything else falls into place β€
5 days a week! I always hit 12k steps though, even on my days off.
I work out 7 days/week. That includes tennis, running, biking, and strength training. Exercising always boosts my mood! π
Oooohh that bike!
Ahhh okay thatβs good advice for Sundays. Because I usually do nothing except the daily 10. But adding the Yesoul bike would be a great addition to an βactiveβ rest day!π
I workout in our guest room so itβs a smaller space too! And I purposely close the vents for ac when I workout to get the room warm and keep me heatedπ
Happy Sunday!!! Thank you so much for being here for us (me)!!!!!Since April 1, 6 days a week. Rebounder workouts 10 to 20 minutes 6 days, strength training 4 days 10 to 20 minutes, upper body /abs 2 day, lower booty /legs two days.
6 days a week! Started January 8th of this year. I am 48 years old. Never really worked out much before. Tried a few times prior to that but never stuck with the app consistently until January 8th. Pushing through after about 3 weeks it became a habit and has changed my life! Thank you LSF! Your kindness and encouragement is so motivating! There have been a few days here and there since January that I missed due to life, hurricane, minor medical procedure etc. Putting in the consistency in the beginning and forming the habit makes it so easy to get right back to it. I feel stronger and more fit than I have my whole adult life. Couldn’t have done it without Katie and the team!!
That’s a cool bike! I’ve been faithfully following the Move app workout program since January 7! I haven’t miised a day – so 3 strength, 3 cardio, 1 active rest day. For cardio, I do Move videos, my spin bike, or the elliptical. I really like yoga on my active rest days.
Thank you for this
It depends on the week, but usually I work out 6 days a week.
5 days a week for strength and hoping to walk each day too! Thanks for the tips!
Usually 6 days a week
I lift 3 days a week, yoga 3 days a week and walk daily. Ill definitely need to work on switching up the intensity on the days i dont lift π
