      Same here. I didn’t even realize I’d had it, but I’m having the same or similar after effects as many others. Still in the β€œcan’t exercise” phase. Hope it ends soon! I’m so far behind on everything.

      It messed with my hormones too, I think, as I’ve had some hair loss issues. Can’t blame menopause, because I’ve been there. Done that. Years ago.πŸ˜…

      It definitely is for some. But she did say that upfront there. She said to test yourself by doing a bit of housework first, and that would tell you if you’re ready to begin.
