    I’m doing a 30 day high protein weight-loss plan from my gut health test results. I’m excited to see what it does for me. I’m just bummed that I’m very limited to foods my gut health says is compatible with my body at this time. You can always switch over to mushroom coffee. I tried it and it’s actually really good and the caffeine is low. Love these videos, Katie. Always an inspiration. 🀍

    If I may add Katie, black cherrys frozen with chocolate protein powder is divine. So if people want to try the chocolate protein, I would suggest adding those dark sweet frozen cherries and some almond milk. Yummy! πŸ˜‹
