    I make these with almond flour and butter crust, sometimes I will put in my blender pecan or almond nuts and blend them very fine and add that to the flour crust

    Yes! Calories in vs calories out and high protein/fiber is vastly more important than sugar( although good to cut out if possible) in weight loss. Need more of these.

    This looks soo good. I just bought Sammi’s bakery low carb cheesecake very similar ingredients and put it on low carb cinnamon chips and some blueberries on top and its so good and has crunch from the chips.
