    One thing I do is prep my carrots and celery in mason jars and water to keep them from drying out and then I prep my homemade hummus. That way, I have snacks to run too when I’m getting hungry. I always have my favorite fruit cleaned and ready to go. Helps a lot!

I’m a busy mama of 8 kids and I work 3 12 hour shifts a week so I really depend on my meal prep for those days so I don’t end up eating crappy grab and go foods.
