Great to see you there Derek! Yeah it definitely felt like a little piece of heaven, not having to worry about whats in the food, loads of options, great vibes and having so many like minded individuals around that just get you. Tired of explaining to people that killing animals is bad every day and I didn’t realise what a relief it would be. Vegan Tribe❤❤❤

Ethiopian food is naturally plant based. Lots of Ethiopian restaurants near Washington DC where I live, and easy to get a great plant based meal. Some may use ghee, so technically not vegan, but can request no ghee
The food is definitely an excellent cuisine otherwise, especially with injera, which is a naturally vegan bread. There’s some vegan-friendly Ethiopian restaurants in my city and they’re all absolutely worth actively seeking out. Matter of fact… I think I know what I’m doing next weekend. 😊
