Hi! A few days ago I saw you on a forum and in some other yt videos talking about Dr. Nun Amen Ra’s longevity protocol. The truth is that there is very little information about it (except for his interviews) so it would be super interesting to see a video about him explaining if something like this is possible or if it is a fraud. From what I saw, you say it is possible… 🙂

I think that shake has benefits, quick, digests easy, good ingredients, I hear cold isn’t good for the gut.But I always think that a shake isn’t as masculine as say eggs and bacon, and food over beverages is more satiating, also isn’t chewing the start of digestion, coating your food in saliva by chewing helps with digestion as well
The shake is super satiating
I find for some reason when I drink too much green tea, especially on an empty stomach, I get queasy.
No idea why, its loose leaf organic green tea and it cant be the caffeine. I work in IT, my caffeine tolerance is basically 100% haha.
Will mostly stick with coffee.
same problem with green tea. I think it’s a digestive agent, therefore, not meant to be drunk on an empty stomach
If the tea is too strong it might cause that. Might take time to get used to it
I know carbs turn to sugar but I would say you are on a zero sugar diet as you’re not eating added or refined sugar. And the carbs you eat have fiber whereas refined sugar goes directly into the bloodstream
I could eat refined sugar with fiber and protein then and the effect is the same

This is very similar to what I do. Usually I add edemame beans, oatmeal, some olive oil and some flax seeds to the shake, but otherwise. Unfortunately I still don’t feel great and have been struggling with a poor immune system for years. Can’t really pinpoint any deficiencies with my diet though.

The glycine bran your taking says recomended dose 1Gram per day, but you recomend 10to15 grams is that right? Just to clarify. Thanks Siim, keep up the good work

Why are you relying so much on protein powder for your protein intake rather than getting it from food? Is it because food comes with other macronutrients that you want to avoid, or is it just to keep you life more simple? Whey is more quickly absorbed than casein, so is that why you don’t just have more dairy instead? For example, if you used skimmed milk instead of whey powder and water, you could probably achieve the same amount of protein in one of your smoothies.
Whey protein is the highest digestibility and amino acid content protein out there. It’s just freeze dried food.
What about Testerone levels and visceral fat? Is the bodyfat % for men still optimal around 12-15%? Other than that, thank you so much, Siim!😁✌️ 🧡
You don’t need visceral fat for testosterone. Subcutaneous body fat of 8-15% is optimal for men
