I incorporated so much seafood in my diet and I feel so relieved. Delicate seafood protein and all the micronutrients that comes with it literally gives me so much peace of mind. Mussels, prawns, octo and smoked mackrel (cold water fresh water fatty fish which is also so budget friendly ) are my most reached for.
Can you share how you prepare these? I have very limited experience with anything other than shrimp and fish so I’d appreciate some tips

Being Greek, halloumi, shoutout to brothers from Cyprus = <3, it's delicious. I haven't found skyr on any of the supermarkets here, nevertheless the variety and quality of yoghurt and kefir (Greek, goat, sheep or, even, buffalo milk) are top. Lamb used to be cheaper, nowadays it's more of an option for special occasions. As for bison, it's too expensive and you can only find it in delicatessen markets. I do also like canned tuna in brine, yet sardines, mackerel, anchovies canned or fresh I've always preferred. Seafood is expensive too here and this saddens me. I am not a fan of soy products. What’s the difference between peas and split? Like why does split exist?
@@priscillajimenez27 Google says Split peas are just normal peas that are dried and split to speed up the cooking process! Split peas are a type of legume and can be eaten as a vegetable or protein. They can be either green or yellow. Green split peas have a slightly sweet flavor and yellow peas are more mild.
Haloumi and “good” fats like EVOO and avocados cause such a HUGE jump in calories.

Yes that is a good one! I usually by fage since my stores rarely ever have unsweetened skyr. And only one store sells Nancy’s. But I buy it when I’m there. Tastes great
