    I have been taking Creatine for 6 monrhs now 7 days a week and I can lift heavier and my composition has changed for rhe better ! There is also research showing it helps with brain as we age

    Rooting u on Katie! I’m headed into bicep and shoulder surgery. I’ve been working out as I get near surgery, lower weights and spin classes etc .     This really encouraged me this morning. I’m a runner and I have a torn Achilles right now. I’ve been unable to run, walk, ride a bike or doing any strength training in my legs. I’m currently only able to do upper body and core. It’s challenging to keep weight off, and menopausal. This is week 5 and it’s a struggle physically and emotionally. I’ve gained a few pounds and working hard at getting it off. I’m making my list today and am encouraged to just keep going. Thank you ❤

    Excited to watch this journey! My goal for September is to stay consistent and make the time. I work outside of the home and have a decent commute to and from home. Some days you just feel so tired or so defeated that it’s easier to let go of the time to workout or mindful eating. You’re an inspiration Katie! Thank you!❤

    Thanks for your inspiration and tips! I’m definitely on a journey right now to be more consistent with my workouts and eating better to see changes happen!     I’m BEGGING you to bring back the annual planner you used to sell!!!!! PLEEEEEEEEAAAAAASE! It was the best one on the market. I have tried to find a good one and nothing compares.     This is so what I needed today! I have been sick for almost all last week, whole household has it. I am sick of being sick. I need to get moving again! So my goal for the next 30 days is to kick the pop addiction fully and finally make moving daily my priority again. Also start eating way better, can someone recommend which meal plan from LSF to use? I am looking for a plant based meal plan. I have been so bad at meal planning on my own. haha.
