Either way, I’d rather drink rice milk.

  • @user-fx9mv7yv3s says:

When I was little my grandma, who is japanese, said you drink the warm rice water for your skin ha! BTW, side note, but the best tea ever is Genmaicha, it’s green tea leaves mixed with roasted rice. That provably would help weight loss more hahaha

    • @plumblossom44 says:

That’s why a lot of Japanese and Korean skincare has rice in them, like the rice toner I use for hydration! Also, Genmaicha is indeed the best green tea. The roasted rice adds such a nice flavour. I much prefer it to Matcha, though I have had a blend of Genmaicha that had Matcha and that was pretty tasty.

  • @Throatzillaaa says:

everyone is out here rinsing their rice nowadays (and many people have been doing it for a long time) and here this woman is drinking that cloudy water 🤮

  • @HB-vi9sz says:

That’s how we make rice in our cuisine (Persian). Soaking, rinsing and parboiling it!

This is interesting… i actually have insulin resistance from pcos and am always open to implementing cheap stuff into my diet to see if it helps. May give this a try but also might be too lazy to 😅

  • @RhiannonBrown-zx4fo says:

    Watered down horchata

  • @pennypaterson8000 says:

That colour looks amazing on you, btw 😊

  • @pattyrech4471 says:

    What a crock.

  • @mlaz0926 says:

So horchata doesn’t make you skinny? 😊

  • @mintyblue3819 says:

You can take inositol supplements, which apparently have enough science backed to support my doctor recommending it to me for PCOS like symptoms. It’s for insulin resistance I believe.

  • @SteepedlnStories says:

    Isn’t it high in arsenic?…

  • @patoteto2 says:

The only thing I use rice water for is my skin
