After getting a UTI 3 different times after drinking this. I FINALLY figured out that kombucha was the cause!

  • @wfpbwfpb says:

    👍🏻

  • @ruthsyversen5963 says:

Thank you for caring about us enough to let us know what I have suspected because when I drink it it does not make me feel well

  • @prd2bevgy says:

Glad I don’t care for it save my moula for a better product and company 👌😊

  • @Yzyxdolorza says:

I used to make my own booch but it got to be too much trouble for too little benefit. Nowadays I fill my old kombucha bottles with freshly brewed herbal teas that I put in the fridge to replace commercial convenience drinks especially on a hot day. So much nicer to enjoy a bottle of orange ginger turmeric tea than a fizzy pop!

  • @BNJ24 says:

Damnit, one more thing I love ruined.

  • @normalguycap says:

Damn. I thought they were good too. Time to not drink them and spread the word.

  • @hctim96 says:

This is why I love this channel and donate.. Until further information comes out, it’s all about the science. Science begs you to replicate the placibo controlled study and prove the current science wrong…..or right..

  • @mattdonalds9996 says:

A classic video, I remember watching it when I started considering drinking kombucha and deciding to never waste my money on it.
Always do a search on nutrition facts for absolutely anything that you eat. You’ll often be surprised. Both kombucha and spirulina surprised me at how bad they are.

  • @gailhumiston3890 says:

I drink kombucha on occasion instead of wine or other alcoholic beverages. It feels special when drinking it in a wine glass. It’s all about what you’re replacing, right?😉

    • @TheMonsterReapz says:

Couldn’t agree more. Same with any food. Sometimes it’s as simple as finding a better substitute for what you already like

    • @mmvm562 says:

😅 I just shared that my only experience with the kombucha was getting drunk and ill. not a funny feeling as with wine before I quited drinking

  • @Micolash777 says:

What about kefir water as an alternative?

  • @WDWmommy says:

I really enjoy kombucha, it helps my stomach and GI stay regular, and it’s been so helpful in cutting out the alcohol from my diet. I drink it with food, and 8 to 16 ounces max a day. Thank you for all you do doctor!

  • @robertkribs9513 says:

Very timely video considering the amount of advertising I am seeing.

  • @AndrewPawley11 says:

    I love this channel!

  • @tamcon72 says:

I like this stuff on rare occasions, but know that you gotta buy it from reputable makers who apply commercial food safety standards to production. If you make your own, sterilize all equipment and bottle it properly, as with making jam. People have been fermenting drinks for a long time without ill effects because it’s a culinary thing, not a magic thing. I suspect most literature on it is in foreign languages, and hasn’t been translated to English, unfortunately. Thanks for posting!

  • @StephenMarkTurner says:

    I don’t think I’ve ever tried it.

  • @misterx3188 says:

No studies? How is that possible?

  • @HaloWolf102 says:

I want to know which is has less of a risk for you.

    Alcohol, Wine, or Kombucha.

I don’t like any items listed above, however. If I were to guess, Kombucha would be the least risky out of the bunch. Obviously that is dependant on the alcohol, and sugar content, but still.

I know for a fact, that my friends specifically and sterile process of making kombucha is a lot better than any alcoholic drink, or kombucha product sold by any the capitalist companies. More affected by greed, than by quality, or health.

  • @mmvm562 says:
