Monk fruit is actually good and is on the more βhealthierβ side for a sugar substitute.
Totally get that. I normally don’t like it either, but it also depends on which on it is. I pair it with monk fruit in my blends and you don’t get that “stevia” taste but it balances the sweetness perfectly

I remember the special K diet, never did it though. Also, remember the commercial if you can pinch an inch, also special k, not healthy…
I can lose weight but it takes soooo much effort and I find it just isnβt sustainable. I have PCOS and I guess itβs making it harder. π
Iβve had 8 babies. Itβs been so hard for me to lose weight, I started on my health journey about a month ago, I walk 5 miles or more every day. Iβm hoping to see results soon, love your videos β€β€

Weighing my food has been a game changer for me! I’m tracking macros and trying to keep my saturated fat under 11g per day. It can add up just a fast as sugar.
Ugh, the fiber one bars used to get me every time! So glad it wasn’t just me. I got rid of those so fast! πβ€
The time one is so relatable. For me I tend to really snack unnecessarily during my kids nap time. It’s the one break I get every day, but I have lunch with them an hour before nap time so I’m not actually hungry. I’ve started reading or stretchimg during this time which makes me less likely to snack.

I went gluten free and was feeling better. I later discovered that when I make bread with bread flour I don’t have problems. That’s confusing. I learned later that the chemicals that help the bread last longer was giving me problems. I have friends that are allergic to dairy and eggs. When they visit Europe, they eat cheese and cake and never break out. It’s like their allergies is locational. I agree that’s there’s a chemical in the food problem. I have been trying to cook more, canning and fermenting to prevent the need to use these stuff, but processes stuff is so cheap
