    Thanks for the info!

  • @tatersquad2000 says:

Taking any supplement or performing any exercise is always going to be as much an act of faith as a reflection of the science. Everyone’s tolerance to uncertainty is different. Dave’s approach is as valid as Siim’s, which is as valid as Bryan’s, which is as valid as Julie’s. It is increasingly clear to me there is no such thing as “the science”, and given our current limitations and biases in collecting and analyzing data we are forced into creating art as much as following rigorous method.

    • @servethesongs says:

What a nonsense perspective.. there are MANY time tested best principles that are backed by a huge amount of data

But, hey, if you feel like being mr super negative contrarian, you’ll find fault with anything you set your mind to

    • @fdsfaf132 says:

🤣🤣🤣 do you also believe that there’s a heaven and hell?

    • @marcell199311 says:

Wtf? You better read Siim’s new book then, where he cites 8000 studies and discusses a little bit every aspects of health and longevity, that science knows of in 2024.

BJ is more like a brand building cult leader now, who targets the least knowledgeable people with his marketing. The only positive is I found Siim through him. But watch their videos, it’s day and night difference.

    • @davidabanto8121 says:

      They all exercise

  • @maryvanderplas3232 says:

I had the same experience with creatine. Lost a massive amount of hair–which I know was attributable to the creatine because it was the only thing I changed.

  • @FlatStan1l says:

Great podcast, I’m sure you noticed it but the other guests did a good job of highlighting your strenghts and giving you the spotlight when you likely knew more, like with the Telomere talk

  • @fdsfaf132 says:

dave is definitelyyy dying his beard and hair

  • @captainnoyaux says:

Cool a podcast with Dave Pascoe ! I don’t know the other ones it’ll great to learn about them too, thanks Siim 🙂

  • @richardheck3794 says:

    Great content! Thank you!

  • @Hail2MasterChief says:

    AWESOME!!!!

  • @KasKade7 says:

I always thought 0.6 pace of aging was the lowest measurement? Now I see people under 0.6. like 0.53. pace of aging. Will we see 0.4? What the hell are they doing.

  • @anindividual9225 says:

Siim, you should look into Near Death Experiences. It could change your mind.

  • @SaschaHeim says:

That was a really great conversation. Probably one of the best on the subject in recent times.

  • @fdsfaf132 says:

coffee is the most overrated beverage of all time, agreed Julie

  • @kermit5487 says:

Agepot? Agebot? Can’t figure out what that is, how is it spelt?

  • @나익명 says:

holy crap.. he assembled the avengers of longevity

  • @cassanova9322 says:

Whay brand of hair dye does Dave use?

  • @gregthomas6637 says:

What is your current gym workout routine ? I mean split and exercise selections, sets and reps ? Why we can not see it ?
Please make a video from it !

  • @ThomasAT86 says:

100% agreed with Dave Pascoe when it comes to sleep trackers. Highly recommend looking up Andy Galpin in this regard, he did a great podcast on Chris Williamson’s podcast the other week. People should not rely on these trackers, especially if their sleep is bad, and certainly not try to change sleep stages based on these or potentially at all. In fact, they can actually contribute to much more stress and confusion.

  • @Aaron-iu5hg says:

This panel has all of my favorite longevity folks. Siim gives the best overall practical, science-driven advice on longevity. I weight his advice very heavily. Dave seems to pursue longevity in a very creative and experimental way, but is just so transparent about his journey. Julie is remarkable in the results she achieves while living what seems to be a very balanced, normal life. Thank you all so much for sharing your journey! I find all of you way more inspirational than the Bryan Johnson’ of this world!

  • @SebastianNiemann says:

    Amzing episode 🖖🙏
