Sorry but a while milk latte is gonna have way more nutrients than bread and ketchup.

    • @katiebellile7822 says:

      Yes!

    • @sofia_aesi says:

      My thoughts exactly

    • @BubblyViolin11 says:

Yes, but her craving was a venti Frappuccino not a latte. lol. That’s just straight auger. Maybe a tall instead of a venti to satisfy the craving. 😅

    • @catgirlwarrior9755 says:

@@BubblyViolin11it’s primarily milk and ice with coffee in it actually.

    • @moringsdaughter says:

@@BubblyViolin11 Frappes are Milk, ice, and flavor. The flavor part is only a couple tablespoons at most.
You can also reduce the amount of sugar if it’s too sweet. When I order a matcha frappe, I take out the simple sugar syrup and add in 1 pump of brown sugar. It’s a third of usual sugar, but it’s a better flavor profile. the only other ingredients are matcha, milk, and ice.

I can’t eat something I’m not craving. I will gag and even throw up if I force myself to eat it. So instead I try to incorporate my craving into a healthier or more balanced meal/snack. It’s not a perfect system but my labs are excellent so it’s working for me.

    • @Diana-qp2rw says:

I honestly think that’s a pretty perfect system because that way you feel satisfied but your body also gets the nutrients it needs. I try to do the same, for example when I crave cookies I will either eat them with some berries and peanut butter or when I’m more hungry I sometimes make a Greek yogurt bowl with frozen blueberries and crumble one cookie over it. It tastes amazing, I feel full afterwards, and my craving is satisfied without eating the whole tray of cookies.

    • @Sugar_Fatale says:

I am this way also. I’d rather eat air than eat something I don’t want/crave. 😂

  • @katiebellile7822 says:

I agree! I used to crave chocolate all the time. I started giving myself permission to eat as much as I wanted and boom! Now, desert can hang out in the house for a month without me eating it. I also like to do dessert right? So instead of just snacking on candy or having a little bowl of ice cream, I now make it delectable. My favorite is a pudding cup with whip cream and any toppings I have. This way I feel like I’m having a really amazing dessert without eating five pudding cups, three cookies and then eventually a bowl of ice cream😊

  • @Noone-wi1ul says:

She did not indicate that the only thing she craves is the frap. That was an unnecessary and nonsensical thing to say in context. There is nothing wrong with telling yourself “no” sometimes. We should not have/do what we want all of the time. The fact that she even knows what that drink is and knows it well enough to crave it tells us that she has obviously allowed herself to have it at some point. If more people practiced discipline like this, the country would be full of healthy, attractive people. Instead it is full of the opposite and we have people the size of manufactured homes demanding larger seats on airplanes.

    • @queer_unicorn says:

No sometimes is different than denying yourself any craving all the time which is unfortunately what a lot of people do. You seem to have a really negative attitude towards body types and that’s not healthy. Maybe look inward on that one.

    • @batkat0 says:

Except she says that she is fit because she honors her health and not her cravings. The implication is that her cravings are things that are not healthy.

  • @ThingsAbove333 says:

I had a dietitian friend tell me to break a chocolate addiction to eat chocolate everyday ( nothing else) for every meal and snack until you were sick of it. She claimed it works for any trigger foods and most people can’t go more than a few meals.Turns you off them really quick and takes away their special appeal, placing them back in a normal state.

  • @carolinespurr1541 says:

Nothing says health and appetizing like a plate of grey-beige covered in ketchup

  • @ronniegross858 says:

I agree with both sides! It doesn’t have to be a venti! Or make something you found online at home!? And eggs and toast are always a solid answer in my book!!

  • @PoopaJEM says:

I think the point is that she would want to eat that every day, not that she never eats what she craves

  • @ashmarie8098 says:

This is so true, i used to crave sweets so much more until i started letting myself eat them. Now i still crave them at times, but much less, and i also crave other things like fruits and veggies

  • @bunbunbb says:

The sip at the end 😂

  • @serak.7100 says:

Yes! Since the „healthy foods“ weren‘t a restriction for me from eating „unhealthy foods“, I finally started craving both and my preferences even switched from sweet snacks to savory snacks like cucumber sticks or salads

  • @punishedvenommom says:

Just get a tall? Its like 300-500cal. Thats a snack replacement. Thats a perfectly fine treat. Unless the dairy makes ur tummy hurt or u break out

  • @SRHisntSilent says:

    THAT part

  • @heatherlikesoctopi says:

The most unappetizing slop covered in a cup of ketchup….girl no wonder you have cravings.

  • @cantaloupe_9419 says:

wellbif my plate looked that sad in the morning, I would want a crumble cookie too it’s the lack of skill, not mindset

  • @neldormiveglia1312 says:

It’s much easier to just go and get that cookie for breakfast, and then move on with your plan. Otherwise you’ll be thinking of the cookie the whole day, probably overeat other “less guilty” snacks until you eventually eat the damn cookie too.
