I am NOT a morning person, naturally, but I’ve been waking up at 5 am every day this month to decide if it’s actually worth it and can help me lose weight + get better results.

    I consistently wake up at 4:50 am every day. It has not always been easy, but as time has gone on it has gotten easier. I just got my Pumpkin Spice mood boost yesterday. I opened it right away and tried it, so good.

    Good morning 🙏 🌄 my day starts between 3 and 4 am. My alarm is set daily for 5am. I have not taken up to alarm for a few years now! Bless you for bringing 🙏 great insight on making time for yourself. I make my morning 🌄 start everyday with devotionals, water, just started adding salt, acv and wing woman, and then coffee with miss congeniality (still waiting on pumpkin spice) ordered first day it became availableto order. Eek. I love ❤️ all you do and seeing Luke, he’s getting so big!!!!

    Good morning, I usually go to bed around 3 AM sometimes 4 AM wake up every two hours to go to the bathroom from Coke and Dr Pepper and I would like to start going to bed earlier that way I’m not yawning all day, I love your kitchen and I would give anything to have a fancy refrigerator like that. Your house is beautiful. I live in a trailer in my refrigerator is 38 years old. It’s not even white anymore. It’s now brown, I’ve always wanted to own a nice house but I can’t afford it. I have two window units for air conditioning and I can’t get the temperature below 85° inside my trailer, when it’s hot outside. so after my shower, I have to put a ice pack on top of my head because it takes me 20 minutes to stop sweating, it’s nice to watch videos like this so I can dream and pretend what it would be like to live in a comfortable, clean home with a beautiful refrigerator like that and the kitchen, your kitchen is bigger than my trailer, but going to bed earlier is definitely good. I’m working on that. Have a good day.

    I wake up between 6:30 and 8am everyday. I think it would be worth trying to wake up earlier, so I have more me time before my day begins. 😊 Thank you, Katie for this great video!

    Monday through Friday I wake up at 5am
    Takes time to really wake up and I go to bed at 8p but I start getting ready for bed at 7:30p and I love that routine

    I feel my best when I have this routine

    I agree that getting up even an hour earlier to have time for yourself, just being quiet and calm before you start your day can be so beneficial mentally, physically and emotionally. ❤

    For the last two years, my husband and I get up at 5am to get our workouts done before work. This way, anything I do after work is extra! I don’t always love it, but I have the discipline to stick with it!!

    I hate it when I sleep later, rarely do, but when it happens I feel like I missed so much!! Love getting up early, especially when I go to bed at a decent time and Stay asleep 😴 thru the night…❤

    If you keep waking up at the same time everyday then you will probably no longer need an alarm. Your body will naturally wake up. At least that’s what I have found. I have been walking early before the sun comes up and it’s been so nice to see my town “wake up.” It’s so quiet and peaceful. Also, going to a local coffee shop instead of Starbucks makes it much easier to control what is in your coffee. Plug for the local shops out there for my fellow baristas 😉
