Trigger The Ozempic Weight Loss Effect Naturally – Here’s What to Eat! Yum!
Doesn’t it feel like we blinked, and suddenly Ozempic is everywhere? Ozempic is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes that also promotes weight loss. It is effective. But, it comes with some complaints. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. And the cost of Ozempic is a significant barrier for many. In this video, I will explain how Ozempic causes weight loss by mimicking the action of a naturally occurring hormone called GLP-1 and how you can boost that hormone by eating great-tasting foods.

That drug put me in hospital
Wow really
@@clara7920 yes I really wanted it to help me, but I had an allergic reaction to it. My head was buzzing and my blood pressure and heart rate went really high. I couldnt get it back down.
@@clara7920I have heard it is very dangerous.
I will never ever surrender to a pill or meds. Thankfully, I am not a fan of drugs, and I always try a natural alternative, especially if there is one. I love cooking, so that’s always what I choose. Now all I need is the discipline, and I am good to go.
Another brilliant and clear presentation. Thank you.
The demand is so high that it is on back order like Wegovy. More fast food restaurants than these medications.
Diet, fasting and exercise are the way.
The price of this ,Wow ! and hearing my clients about this ozempic
❣️
Hi ….long time no see ❤❤
Thank you for this brilliant video!
thank you so much for information and what about apple cider vinegar
These drugs seem so tempting to use for weight loss. My question is, what do you do once you loose your excess weight? Stay on these drugs, go on a diet 😢, or then change your eating habits as you describe? 2 years ago, I found Dr Becky and I have never looked back! During this time I have lost 76 lbs and I no longer take any medication for diabetes or high blood pressure! Bonus….. no outrageous cost for these drugs! By the way, I have maintained my weight loss and have a consistent A1C of 5.2. This is so do-able. Thank you so much Dr. Becky!
Always wondered how Ozempic works. Thanks for the easy to understand video. And easy meal ideas.
Ozempic needs to be out lawed. I took it to get A1C lowered for surgery. It dehydrated me, and sick EVERY DAY. 3 months since I have had any ozempic nauseated still 3 or more times a week.
Cookbook is expensive, imo. I love cooking, but opted out of the purchase, unless I can find a reasonably priced seller.
I have been on Ozempic for 2 years, it has helped my blood sugars but I have never lost any weight on it.
Thank you for the informative, no-nonsense approach to your content. I appreciate your videos.
I don’t like drugs for weight loss Normal eating is the only way may be slower but drugs can mess you up
