  • @JoseLopez-hp5oo says:

King crab is one of my favorite no cook meats. Cheese is my go to snack if I really feel i need a snack. I will try keeping some boiled eggs in the fridge…if I don’t eat them alone they can be made into an awesome egg salad .Crab meat is so delicious mixed into a salad, avoid the fake crab, it’s sugar. . After loosing over 20 Kilos following these videos, sugar is a easy hard NO. I have zero desire to eat sugar. Yes those beef sticks and beef jerky are mostly junk food, you really really need to read the labels carefully for processed meats.

I really like sardines in mustard for a snack, I have a can almost every day. Also, crushed pork rinds make a great meatloaf in place of bread crumbs.

Tzatziki is an easy to make dip that is a good choice over hummus. Combine greek yogurt, shredded cucumber (drained), garlic and salt. It’s great with dips or on salad or on lamb and other meats.
