    Nice one!❤

    God bless you good morning

  • @Streamlined955 says:

I lose weight so much easier when I avoid oatmeal.

    • @123rockfan says:

It depends on the individual I guess, I lost 20 pounds when eating oatmeal for breakfast 3 times a week.

    • @kred792 says:

I was able to jumpstart my weight loss by having overnight oats a couple of times a week, they were more macro-friendly than what I’d been eating (mostly donuts and toast with butter) and kept me full until lunch. I did make them with chia seeds, greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, PB2, and sugar-free syrup or honey, so I kept the sugar and carbs down to a minimum while getting a lot of protein in there.

    • @margrose5 says:

      Same here!

  • @123rockfan says:

Putting bacon in the good section ☠️

  • @Nick-NY says:

I lost weight having oatmeal with protein powder, chia seeds, and a banana every morning. I also add some pecans sometimes.

    • @bailey7440 says:

I think this worked for you because of the added protein and fiber, not because of the oatmeal itself.

    • @Kras_N says:

@@bailey7440I was going to say the exact same thing. The added chia seeds and pecans add some great soluble fiber. Depending on the protein powder added, that could be a great boost to this breakfast. The banana adds more carbs, but some good fiber as well.

    • @Nick-NY says:

      @@bailey7440 I agree

    • @newlife2288 says:

I’m on the Fence here. I used to eat oatmeal no problem. Now, so much talk about insulin resistance and don’t eat morning carbs. I’m going nuts. Have you ever put all these ingredients in a blender? I add tasteless raw spinach and the shake tastes like Pistachios 😅😅❤

    • @Nick-NY says:

@@newlife2288 I have added spinach to smoothies in the past, but not to this combination.

  • @joyce10309 says:

I have found breakfast foods are hard to get in enough protein for my break fast. Since i try to get in 40g protein in at my break fast i skip the breakfast foods and opt for a salad with 3.5 oz of cooked chicken, 1.5 oz of cheddar cheese and primal kitchens ranch dressing with other veggies added in. Helps me get ahead for the day with my protein needs.

    • @newlife2288 says:

I’ve been eating a lunch type breakfast. Lean protein and veg too. It satisfies me better than eggs. Oats they say, are raising my insulin resistance. I wish I could eat them for breakfast again. 🎉😊

  • @barbarahanson5017 says:

I understand that overnight oats, especially sprouted or even steel cut are more healthy. Also I know that Elizabeth’s brand has a non-grain granola with only nuts and seeds. With plain whole milk Greek yoghurt it’s a good choice I would think.

  • @simplycurlyde says:

I like old fashioned oats once in a while. I add protein powder and a soft boiled egg. Does that make it a better breakfast?

  • @RachelRichards says:

My breakfast is 4 eggs cooked in butter, with 90g cooked black beans, sea salt, cumin and some spicy salsa. I’m not trying to lose weight, so sometimes I add a sliced avocado. Sooo satiating.

  • @dianahavis8868 says:

I love eating avocado toast. I use Ezekiel bread and put 2 scrambled eggs with cottage cheese on top of avocado that has been spread onto the bread. I also add some tomatoes and finish off my breakfast with coffee that has a scoop of autumns protein powder blended in. It hits the protein, fat and fiber and is satiating.

  • @77andsunny says:

    9:30 cute chart😅

  • @johnlong980 says:

You didn’t include Cottage Cheese!?! As high in protein as Greek Yogurt with a different tast and texture. I assume it was just an oops on your part and not intentional. I also assume it would be excellent if Greek Yogurt is excellent.

  • @OTatime says:

The only cereal I eat is low carb, high fiber cereal (such as Catalina Crunch) as a TOPPING for low sugar, full fat Greek yogurt in limited amounts a couple of times a week. I add berries, walnuts and/or ground flaxseed.

  • @MrsThollo says:

Oh Autumn! Grits mixed with eggs and sausage are a “treat meal”. 😋 I’ll switch to bacon now, though.

  • @CG-wl3cq says:

I’ve recently developed an allergy to eggs, gluten, and dairy, so I’m on the struggle bus. My breakfasts consist of Cheerios (gluten-free), almond milk, and fruit OR hashbrowns, black beans, chicken/turkey sausage, and onions and peppers topped with salsa and avocado.

  • @wendellas3420 says:

Can you do a video on Einkorn flour and its value?

Great listing and wake up call before the holidays! 🎃🦃🎄
    Cheers! ☕️🕊💙✨️♥️

  • @jodysanchez5163 says:

Can you show some decent brands of Greek yogurt ?

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Great list and visuals. Thank you Autumn. 👍❤️🍁
