Bravo! I suffered with those relatives from the age of 5!
Why it is devastating?
because her family wanted her to change herself
@ Yeah but she said something about she was restricting herself so she was already changing herself.
@@instantsiv the photo that they showed her was taken at a time that she was heavily restricting and miserable. The fact that the family member wanted her to go back to that in order to look a certain way was hurtful.
@@QueenErrr I watched it again. I misunderstood. I thought she said she was restricting herself for the wedding.
A wedding is def so much more than being a certain size, it shouldn’t even matter ❤
I still don’t understand why people, especially family members and relatives, show their love and care through pressuring others by telling them that their size matters. I mean, of course, I understand if the weight is affecting their health (like they can’t walk properly anymore or something similar). But like for me, a month or so after giving birth, my mom keeps on telling me to starting eating less and exercising more to lose the weight I gained because of pregnancy. I mean, I was already struggling with postpartum depression and everything else but she’s mostly concerned on my figure. Why?
❤ her…wise beyond her years.
