Physical fitness is absolutely necessary. It helps clear our heads and changes our perspective on life. We’re better able to handle stress, etc.
However, spiritual fitness is even more important.
Our relationship with Jesus is crucial for everlasting life. Our bodies will die no matter what shape they’re in, but our souls live forever.
So, the choice we make now will determine where that forever will be.
Sincerely repent of your sins and then trust in Christ for your eternal salvation.
When the Lord returns those that have trusted in Him, will be taken up to meet Him in the air, and we will be given brand new glorified bodies!

Good advice 😊and it works – my motivation is my grandsons too – l don’t want to be a nanny that sits and watches ( although sometimes l do have to listen to my body because it does say stop ( but not very often now !) it is all about getting the balance right and it hard because l just want to be a super nan!!! 😊
Love the motivational speech! I like who I am, But I have moments when I slip off into frrench fries 🍟 and chips! And then, I have a moment of revelation…esp. when I look at my tummy😊 “What do I want to look like five years from now…?” I can vividly see what I DO 🚫 NOT want to look like and feel like…🙏🏿💕
I needed this as I’m struggling with all of this🥲I’m grieving now & so many day I’m not able physically or mentally, but I tell myself I need to take care of myself so I can be healthy for my beautiful Daughter who’s health is very poor & she needs her Mom, next year & yes hopefully 5 years from now 🙏❤️🌹

The best motivator that I’ve experienced is to fall in love with a sport. Eating right and cross training will be second nature because you know it will improve your performance!

I am retired, I lost 30lbs in 1 1/2 yrs, and now I’m putting it back on. I go❤ to bed at night, and think about all my clothes starting to get tight. I make myself a promise that I will start the next day, it just isn’t working though. I figure if I look at myself naked in the mirror, somehow it will shock me into smartening up. All day long I think about food. I do exercises in the morning, and cardio in the evening 6 days a week, and I still put on the weight. I’m also slouching a lot in chairs. I have been trying to figure out what can I do? Well your little video just now, is giving me a mantra to watch everyday, thank you!
