The key thing to note is that there can be a time and place for some of these tips (like paying attention to the amount of sugar in fruit or opting for 100% gluten-free). But for most people, these are unnecessary strategies that could be leading to more confusion and overwhelm than is needed. I still remember when I worked at an office and a coworker that would eat fast food everyday and over 200 pounds would comment on me eating a handful of grapes “but that’s a lot of sugar!” 😂 seriously?
Would you do a segment on eating and coffee in the morning? I have coffee with whole milk and stevia or monkfruit first, then eat an hour or so later and then excericse. Coffee is my favorite time of the day and I’m stressing about it not being the healthiest way to have it. I believe that I should have food first, but I really don’t want food first. Any suggestions?
