    I am grateful my parents never gave me any of drugs in forms of junk food

    It’s same rule my wife & I keep with our two daughters
    They are 10 & 12 snd haven’t tasted garbage like McDonald donuts pop etc since birth

    not a great study. 1. It was too small. 2. It was in a hospital. Why is that important? Typically people are in a hospital for an extended period of time for health issues, serious health issues. Having a compromised immune and digestive system, not all food and calories are absorbed as if you were a healthy individual. Also, why were these people in the hospital? What other underlying symptoms did they have, such as diabetes and obesity? What meds were they taking while in the hospital? Many times drugs can wreak havoc digestion and metabolism…. in fact all of these play a factor in digestion and metabolism. VERY BAD VIDEO FOR CHERRY PICKING DATA TO TELL PEOPLE TO STOP EATING UPF. We should be trying to minimize UPF but please use better studies than this.
