As far as the bagels are concerned, you said swap it for sourdough toast with 30 grams of protein. For breakfast, what would that look like? I dont know what u meant by bread with 30 grams of proteinā¦.š¢
Maybe a omelet with 3 eggs, cheese and some ham. If you use 3 eggs, and 1.5 oz of a sharp cheddar you would be around 27 g protein. Add some ham in and your at or above 30g.
Okay a few thingsā¦raw cookie doughšāāļø, cheese>š, how can something so dry (goldfish) leave those oil spots when left on paper??? And if I remember correctly, there was a chip ad campaign that said āonce you pop you canāt stopā which is quite possibly the one time junk food marketing was honest, telling you they knew you wouldnāt be able to stop eating them!!!
