Good afternoon Myra, I introduced Keto to my mom about 10 years ago. Now, though, I introduced it to her, I wasn’t necessarily eating that way. When I saw her again, I was like, oh I nรทd to jump on board. We both lost lots of weight, but it has been extremely hard for us both to get back on track. I lost too much and wanted to gain to even it out. I appreciate all of your content and just wanted to let you know that you are heard. Thank you for all you do.

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago. I’ve been getting so much help from you and others. What has been the most help for me is the low sugar, low calorie options for the sweets. I made your brownies and pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, served it to my family without telling them they were almost no sugar or no sugar, and they were amazed at just how good they were. I’m now sharing the recipes with friends and family. Now it’s just time to get the exercise regimen down and start making low carb bread.
And a treat I started making using your caramel recipe is I add some almond flour to help it thicken, freeze them into little balls, and then coat in no sugar added chocolate. They’re low carb Rollos.
I feel pretty proud of myself! I took my husband to breakfast this morning and as much as I wanted the French toast, I got steak and eggs instead. It was so good! Thank you for sharing your struggles! I fear the same with the holidays.
Thank you for this video. I was doing great with keto and fasting until I was in a car crash this week that was 100% not my fault. I’m okay, other driver is okay, minimal damage to my car, but I binged the evening of the crash. I was going to get back on track the next day, but ended up bingeing the next day and the next. Now I’m serious about getting back on track, but it’s hard. I only gained a pound, and I’m trying not to beat myself up. I have struggled with bingeing for many, many years, and I had gone from Oct. 17 with no bingeing except for once, and that binge was still keto. So I guess I have to look at the bigger picture and give myself a little grace.

Myra, I have such horrible cravings. It’s like my body knows it needs sugar. I feel like it’s one of the hardest things to deal with. I can resist birthday cake and desserts at family gatherings. If I give in, I don’t go overboard. I just have enough to take care of that craving. Just a bite or two, and I’m fine, but sometime during the day, for most days, I have that overwhelming craving. I have started making a high protein, low carb (no sugar) pudding that has cream cheese and cottage cheese in it. It’s not completely clean, but I think it’s much better than eating the sugary foods that I used to eat a lot. I don’t crave ice cream now, and that’s a huge accomplishment for me. I used to have ice cream every single night. It was my go-to dessert, and I had to have it. I have lost 45 pounds so far, and I’m feeling good about that. I am so happy that I can wear smaller size clothing!! That’s such an awesome feeling!! I’m not giving up. I need to do this FOR ME.
I have been going through this over the last few months. I, too, lost 130 through diet and exercise and have kept it off for 5 years. The last few months have been brutal – I continue to give in to cravings and am up about 12 pounds. Iโm very afraid that I am on the road to gaining my weight back because I do not feel like I am in control. Thanks for this video, I can definitely relate!!โค

Iโve been feeling the same way, too many parties, just a little carbs here, a little carbs, there. Catches up to you, and itโs hard to stop. I gained some weight, you feel bad about yourself.
