    Thank God Greek yogurt is great to eat cause I’m obsessed with it. Love it have it every single day! Autumn, what about almond butter? Is that better than peanut butter?

    Love it! Autumn I usually have a mixture of hemp seeds, Chia seeds and flaxseed. Should I be having more Chia seeds? I usually do an equal amount of each. ❤❤❤

    Autumn i LOVE your protein powder! Every day for lunch i eat skyr, 2 scoops of your chocolate protein powder, 1 tbs peanut butter and sliced strawberries. Or my new favorite is skyr, your chocolate protein powder sliced almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and blueberries. Tastes like a chocolate pudding!!

    On the weekends I love sitting and watching TV while drinking a smoothie (which has Greek yogurt in it), munching on pistachios (in the shell) all with a cup of coffee.

    My 3.5 yo grandson has milk allergies and a VERY limited diet of what he will eat. I’m very worried about his lack of protein intake and wonder if your protein powder would be suitable for him? He eats coconut yogurt daily and I’m hoping if I add protein powder to it he won’t notice. Any advice?

    Great info! Thanks Autumn! When I started IF about 4 years ago, I used to do chia seeds in lemon water every morning, to break my fast. It was working for 4 years and then it wasn’t, so I stopped doing chia seeds. I guess I should make some chia pudding.
