Their chicken wings are still deep fried . The protein in that is not worth it. Spend your money where the chicken wings are baked.
Deep fried is still low carb without the breading. She obviously wants to take the route of sacrificing for the fat in the oil. She even said that she doesnโt eat like that all of the time. Blessings, sisโฆ

The one thing that I wish more restaurants did when they fried was use a better oil. Most if not all (except BWW, at least that I’m aware of) use Soybean Oil. Therefore, I stay away from those. I usually make my own at home b/c even the ones from BWW, I don’t really care for.
