Ok I am struggling with my age right now. I used to be able to work out once a day for an hour and I would lose a lot of weight every time. It was easy to tone up. Iβm 44 now and I can see my body slowing down. Iβm trying to embrace it as part of life but itβs hard!!!
Same. I’m 42, and it seems like just a few years ago, I could lose weight so much easier. I’ve lost a few pounds, but I’m trying to lose 30
Iβm 44 and some of the things I did to help was:
I started taking ARMRA colostrum, I took a gut health test, I am going to be taking a Dutch hormone test, Iβm learning blood chemistry, and I do have an app to help me watch calories. What Iβve done is paired the lowest calorie dense foods to foods that I love that may be high. That way I stay satiated without gaining weight and feeling deprived. Hope this helps.
