This homemade Nutella (chocolate-hazelnut spread) beats the original version by Ferrero any day. It’s smooth, chocolaty, and so delicious! Honestly, we’re almost through the last batch I made two days ago? Yes, it’s that good! This homemade Nutella is also vegan (dairy-free), gluten-free (grain-free), soy-free, and refined sugar-free.

  • @KAL-589 says:

    Booooooo to fahrenheit. 😜

  • @Persimmons2000 says:

My kids love “Nutella” but only the ones manufactured in Europe which is expensive. I can’t wait to make this and get their opinions 😁

    • @klimtkahlo says:

The brand nutella is sold in many other countries outside of Europe. In the USA it comes in plastic but I find the flavor quite similar to European Nutella. In the USA they sell it at Costco.

My kids love this version of Nutella! Hope your kids enjoy it as well 🙂

@@klimtkahlo Thanks for responding 🌞 All over the USA is the “Nutella” in plastic containers and all come from Canada. Having lived in Australia for a bit and visiting family in Europe, we are not a fan of this nutella – it’s oilier and sweeter with not a very hazelnut flavor. Occasionally, Lidl will carry an international brand. 😬 I’m excited to try to make my own, hopefully, healthier 😁

I am addicted to nutella! Can’t wait to try this version. Nutella has come up with a vegan version of nutella only sold in France and Germany and it is even better than real nutella! Can’t wait to try this one with all good ingredients! Maybe it is only sold in Germany, regardless I got a hold of a jar! I hope heaven has the kind of nutella that you can have tones of and is healthy and good for you and makes you lose weight! 😉 joking!

  • @CyprusSunLoverShe says:

I bought 100% hazelnut paste and milk powder to make Nutella, so for the sweetener you say not to use liquid one? I was hoping to add honey but i also have coconut sugar

    • @NutritionRefined says:

If it’s 100% hazelnut paste, the liquid sweetener (honey) will make it seize. Technically, Nutella is just a spread so you can loosen it with a splash of cream. So if you’d like to use honey, you can. Just be aware of the seizing process. Coconut sugar works great. However, because there is no liquid in the Nutella, it will not dissolve. So, unless you grind it into a fine powder (I used powdered coconut sugar), you will end up with crystals of sugar in the Nutella.

    • @CyprusSunLoverShe says:

@ thanks love, you saved my Nutella😁
