No we want more
He does series on certain subjects lol relax
@@fredhoy6697 maybe find another channel with content you want? I’ve appreciated his in depth research
I know I’m so sick of these drug studies. Let’s get back to food!
Funny, I plan on rewatching the entire series.😂.
What a useless video
Yeah, well, that’s just like, your opinion, man
I love this channel!
It’s more like a natural version of metformin
This reminds me to order some green tea. I have phases with tea but I’m a coffee lover through and through. I’ve been getting back into loving some nighttime rooibos with a little cream and honey. When I drank green tea I noticed a real difference in the scale along with diet and exercise. Also grapefruit juice really helps. I just hate the taste lol
Grapefruit is so bitter, it’s extreme bleh I’m a cold coffee drinker trying to get into tea ugh just isn’t the same. How to get close?
I found 2 things that work like Ozempic, that my friends also tried and found they work to reduce appetite thus weight loss. 1 eat a whole fruit one half hour before meals. 2. Use Allulose in your coffee or tea works as well. It binds to the Glp1 receptor site just like Ozempic but is all natural. I lost 100 lbs.
interesting.
100 pounds. I sense some exaggerating here.
Thank you!
Those darn petri dishes! And rats! They keep trying to fool us into thinking we’re just like them! 😤
Berberine reduced my cholesterol and made me lose weight. I observed the cholesterol lowering effects on other family members. My dad replaced his Metformin with Berberine as it was easier on the kidneys for his diabetes and kidney disease
