daily habits to debloat + reduce inflammation

If you’re feeling bloated, tired, or just off, these small changes could make a HUGE difference. These habits have not only helped me feel better, but they’ve also transformed my body and I’m seeing even more results this year being consistent with them!

1️⃣ Castor oil packs at night
This is a newer one for me – I started in November because they’re amazing for reducing bloating and calming inflammation. It helps improve digestion, supports liver detox, and leaves me feeling lighter and more relaxed.

2️⃣ Prioritizing protein
Every meal = protein first! It keeps me full, helps build lean muscle, and stabilizes my blood sugar (bye, energy crashes). Also getting 20-30g within 30 minutes of waking up helps a ton! I usually just do a scoop of @lsfnutrition in water to kick off the day.

3️⃣ Walking 10k steps daily
Walking is SO underrated. It’s not just great for fat loss—it reduces stress, supports digestion, and is the easiest way to stay active, no matter how busy life gets. This is where I started my 45 pound weight loss journey, but mix that with strength training and magic happens.

4️⃣ Sauna sessions
Sweating it out 3-4x a week has been amazing for detoxing and reducing inflammation. Plus, it’s a great way to relax and recover.

5️⃣ Hydration with electrolytes
Water is great, but adding electrolytes ensures my body is actually absorbing it. It helps with energy, digestion, and overall hydration.

✨ These habits are simple but SO effective. I’ve seen my energy skyrocket (even while limiting coffee!!) inflammation calm down, and bloating start to decrease (along with a few supplements I’ve been taking for digestion & bloating specifically) . The key is consistency—small, intentional steps every day add up to BIG results.

Are you doing any of these? Or which do you think you’ll try? Let me know or drop a Q👇
