Not everyone likes cows milk. It tastes better to some people and has less hormones in it that you don’t need because you aren’t a growing baby cow.
You are not her taste buds 😂 she can add whatever she wants

@@Eat_Some_More I personally love both oat milk and whole milk and use both. You need to be aware not everyone has the same likes and preferences as you, and that’s completely fine! 🙂

She films all of her videos for IG & Tik Tok in her car. A lot of creators do it because it boosts engagement 🙂
Okay buy Abbey’s healthy alternative recipe usually actually look better than what I’m already doing.
This recipe is indeed simple and satiating but not that creative or new/trendy. Just another promotion for the use of her protein powder.
And why add some sort of nut butter if you’re already using real nuts especially since most people don’t need to gain weight/extra calories or seed oils.
As if whole almonds and peanut butter didn’t do different things in a recipe.
I wish I could eat that many calories for breakfast. That’s gotta be like 650-700 calories
why can’t you? do u just not like eating alot for breakfast or?
@hwlsgrl I ultimately get increased hunger and over eat if I eat a big breakfast. I could do it if I ate no snacks the rest of the day and a low calorie dinner, but otherwise, I’d steadily gain weight.

True true I can witness that you have been doing for a while.
Can we do a hunger crushing, high protein breakfast that doesn’t involve anything sweet? I hate sweet stuff in the morning( no fruit, yogurt,) I don’t know how people can eat fruit or sweets ( even donuts🤮) first thing in the morning. Even peanut butter can be too sweet. I would rather eat tuna or chicken for breakfast( I often do) or cheese
