    When I was losing weight from 280+ lbs, there was just no way I was physically able to eat 150g of protein or more a day. I tried and tried and tried but found it impossible. I lost weight fast but maybe that’s why I plateaued around 200lbs😭

      the more you weigh, the less muscle mass you’re at risk of losing in a calorie deficit. it also depends on how large your deficit is.
      150g of protein is 600cal, so depending on what you set your caloric intake goal to (shouldn’t be too low), there’s still a lot of room to play around with carbs & fats. it might take some strategic meal planning, but you also don’t need to be perfect. even around 100g of protein would be a great target for you at 200lbs.
      all this is to say, don’t feel discouraged 🙂 you got this. & congrats on your 80lb loss! keep consistent with the calorie deficit & you’ll 100% break through that plateau
