Lol neither is a good idea. But I’d rather go to bed full than hungry.

  • @user-my7ym7cq8l says:

When I have low blood sugar I do not fall a sleep. I do lose weight but it is not worth it. Nope.

  • @haechanismybff says:

Love your videos, I’m recovering from my ed that I had for years and it’s going so well. Yesterday I finally got my period back and I cried from happiness, I even look better than ever now. I’m very thankful that I found your channel, someone who isn’t a “guru”, expecially when it comes to a “skinny lifestyle”.

Going to bed not immediately after you’ve eaten? Sure. Going to bed hungry? Hell to the no, no, no!

  • @AliciaMajo says:

Yeah as a recovering anorexic, who almost died in late 2023, this is exactly the kind of “advice” that I thought I NEEDED to follow when I was an overweight teenager.
Being kind to yourself and your body, being mindful of your hunger and fullness cues, exercising to feel good/stronger/have better sleep, all of these will take you much further and way more sustainably than the “you need to feel bad to get skinny” type of advice.

    • @Amanda_downunder says:

What type of diet do u eat now ? the normal mixed diet, wfpb, or low carb / keto ? hope u are well now.

    • @AliciaMajo says:

@Amanda_downunder  I’m a vegetarian and I just try to eat intuitively while following some loose guidelines (eat at least twice a day, have enough protein and fiber with every meal, don’t count calories.)
And since my recovery had to be forced because my ED left me paralyzed, I’m still doing at home physiotherapy, so I need lots of carbs and protein to get my muscles back in working order.
(But it’s been going very well, my wheelchair’s gone to help someone who needs it, and I only need my crutches when I go outside.)

  • @martinadelvai4115 says:

I can go to bed when I’m a little bit hungry. It happens, dinner was early that night and I would be damned if I made myself another snack at 11pm. Nope, not going to do that. However when I’m hungry for real I better be making something unless I want to get up at one am defeated, tired and still hungry and therefore unable to sleep.

  • @gman854 says:

Your approach is evidently so much healthier.

  • @926paaja says:

When I have gone to bed hungry (not on purpose by just bc I wasn’t hungry at the time) I wake up so nauseous and starving that I lay there fixated on toast until I finally get up and go downstairs to stuff bread in my face 😂😂😂
    Just eat folks!
