      For this workout, feel free to vary your weights based on the exercise requirements. If you have just one set, that’s great – it’s an excellent starting point. However, if it feels too easy after 8 to 10 reps, consider increasing the weight for a more effective challenge. Keep up the great work! πŸ’ͺ❀️

    I’ve been following you for quite a while. Aside from age I’ve been injured, plus some disability illnesses had me almost bed stricken. Thanks to your exercises (which, thankfully, I can do) I have recovered most of my mobility and flexibility. I still weigh the same but my clothes feeling baggy. I think I dropped a size. But the mid section is a stubborn one πŸ˜‚ I don’t do much diet. I profoundly dislike vegetables. Always feel hungry.

    I have damaged spine and just want to loose a bit 4:13 of belly fat i walk home from work for 45 mins monday to Friday and im on my feet for 5 hours a time, i need something to tone me. Hope you can help, I am 55.
