  • @xochilguevara3429 says:

Hi! Any suggestions for getting in enough protein when it’s hard to eat that much? I scrambled up three eggs yesterday with onion and a bit of cheese and I could only get through just over half of it.

  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

    Great clip of the family.🥰

  • @Arielle1Celeste says:

As you age you lose your appetite & protein is so filling so I can understand how it can be harder for them to eat enough. I’m almost 40 & even I struggle to eat enough protein (WPI, lean beef, or chicken breast) a day on the days I’m not particularly hungry.

  • @vgcq02 says:

My problem is the sugar consumption.
Also I don’t feel hungry in the morning which is why by the time the clock hits 10:30 I am hungry as a t-Rex and I just want to devour a whole pizza.
Also if it’s Friday after work, I just feel like I have to enjoy it by ordering take out or something.

  • @RoyaDani says:

I find that even though I eat zero carbs, the high protein intake kicks me out of ketosis

  • @EE-hi4re says:

I tracked my protein at first, then began to memorize the numbers after a few weeks.

  • @gman77gas says:

I am going on glp1 today .25mg to get my mind back right to control my appetite.

  • @SandyContento says:

Thank you Autumn! Sending love and good vibes to you and your family💜 I hope you’re feeling fabulous during your pregnancy!!

  • @danieltuckercatholic says:

Keep up the great work, Autumn! I just received my first shipment of your protein powder yesterday and am already loving it. Last night I whipped up your tropical lemon chia pudding recipe from the six-week body recomposition plan and broke my fast with it this morning. Delicious!

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Protein talk is body recomposition talk 🥩🍗🥓. Thank you Autumn 💪❤️🇨🇦

  • @RebeccaHendrickson-gn8by says:

Hi Autumn! Would you recommend using the flavored elements during a fast? If not, I know that you do not recommend snacking but they do have some calories and sweeteners. If this is the case do you recommend pairing it with your meal would be best, or just throughout the day is fine? 🙂

  • @lorifernandez1849 says:

I am 72 and because of some reasons, I am not doing a lot of resistance training. I walk a lot. Am I hurting myself by eating the suggested protein intake for my weight? Is it too much for my situation?

  • @TOSStarTrek says:

I added just 50g extra of protien per day and my bones got and my mucles mass went up.

  • @lacondrathompson1747 says:

    Luv ya

  • @camillewalker says:

So smart to measure & calculate your protein from time till time…. it’s crazy how off my estimations can get!! 🙌

  • @TransformInProgress says:

Hi Autumn! – Great video👏👏👏. I’ll make a point of weighing my proteins to get a baseline idea of how much I’m getting. I love making a ‘protein bomb’ with Greek yogurt and protein powder berries & seeds as a foundation for my diet. ❤❤❤
