I’m getting ready to do a 30 day gut health test run and raise my protein. I’m a vegetarian so this can be challenging. People think I eat just “carbs.” But not true. 😊
I need this!! My doctor wants me to stop eating beef, pork, chicken. Only seafood is this possible to get all my protein in from just seafood?

My husband, my kids, and I have been clean eating, removed all processed food, and adding these healthy carbs daily for the last 6 weeks. We all have been feeling better and my husband and I have noticed a difference in my kids behavior and mood. I also have lost about 15 pounds. I did just find out that I have a fructose intolerance, so now I need to hone in on specifics with that and follow a low or no fructose diet. I’m realizing even certain fruits aren’t ideal for me now because of the way my body absorbs fructose. It will be challenging but I know I can do it! I watch your videos weekly and find you so inspiring!

My husband thinks potatoes and white rice are so bad for you. I still eat them with my kids in moderation but feel guilty doing it. I’ve never heard about letting them cool before eating them 😮
Oh yea – you’re fine! You’ll find more nutrients in brown rice or sweet potatoes but those are great options too

Along time ago I did the South Beach diet. I lost a lot of weight, in a shot amount. The problem was I looked very unhealthy people became worried about me. I also did not feel my best. Once I started adding carbs back, I started to look better and felt better.

Ive heard of eating protein within 30 mins of working out but probably from a past video of yours lol. I love lsf chocolate mixed with the peanut butter flavor sooo good. But i didn’t know how to eat your meals! I have to write that down lol. Im also hypo thyroid girl and have been on medication for awhile. But ive been tracking my food again and it’s insightful for sure. But the portion sizes along with the nutrients you mentioned in the video put together, im hopeful for a healthy weight loss transition. 😊💜

I did CrossFit very successfully for a while. Paleo was the popular plan lots us followed. But once we to our best weight- we re incorporated oats, sweet potatoes and rice….. So we did cut them for times not always.
