You can get fiber and complex carbs from vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend added protein if you’re already eating animal products. You should only consume added protein if you’re a vegetarian.

    • @ItsSkyeandTina says:

if you’re working out though, it’s a beneficial way to get additional protein with snacks and not only animal based meals.

    • @Stealthfulness says:

@ItsSkyeandTina  Yes, but the reason I said so is because processing protein takes a tremendous amount of energy. It’s kind of counterproductive when not necessary.

    • @Jenny-ye1gg says:

where’s you degree in dietetics before you try and lecture abbey on what’s good or not…

    • @trynagymfluence says:

@@Stealthfulnessthe energy it takes to process the protein in our body’s is part of the reason it keeps us full.

    • @Stealthfulness says:

@trynagymfluence  But you get adequate protein if you eat eggs, meat, fish, cheese, and drink milks.

  • @missenergeticbean says:

I would definitely not be able to do a fulltime job and take care of my 2 small kids on this amount of food 😮
