Good stuff.
I’m sweet enough~
I gave up sugar over a year ago and you are right about the taste reset. I was the girl who wanted the corner piece of bakery cake and now I have now desire for sugar at all.
Crazy, right?
@@AutumnBates it’s a fantastic feeling.
My symptoms were severe.
I wish this was actually true for me. It takes way way way longer than 2 or 3 days to start feeling better after giving up sugar. Like, I totally gave it up last year, and even after 8 weeks sugar free, the cravings never went away, and I never experienced more energy or better sleep. Makes me not want to bother giving it up, even if I did feel some of the other benefits of giving it up after a while.
Can I eat fake sugar foods?
Usually things that say zero sugar or have artificial sweeteners are just has bad if not worse for your body. I would recommend eating things with stevia, monk fruit, honey, or real maple syrup when you want something sweet. (This is just what I have found helpful) 🙂
What salt are you using ❤
I’m worried about my blood sugar dropping too low. Any suggestions?
I’m on day 7 today. I feel so good. ❤
