🍋 Sunrise Surprise Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
10 oz. unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 cup skyr or greek yogurt or plant-based greek style yogurt
1 scoop Autumn's vanilla protein powder
½ meyer lemon, juiced
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tbsp. coconut butter
Optional topping with toasted coconut flakes
🥗 Simple Slaw with Tuna
Serves 1
1 cup each chopped green + purple cabbage
1/2 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 avocado
Drizzle of rice vinegar
Drizzle of olive oil
pinch of salt
1 can of tuna
🍅 Summer Veggies Hash
Serves 2
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
1 sweet potato, cubed (make these cubes fairly small so that the meal cooks faster)
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried garlic
1/4-1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
1 large zucchini, cubed
8-9 grape tomatoes, halved
🍗 Greek Grilled Chicken
Serves 2-3
1 pound chicken thighs
heavy drizzle olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 fresh rosemary sprig
heavy pinch of salt

I have a question about the amount of fat 🤚🏻. You said 1-3 servings daily!? (I think I’ve been overdoing it😮). Is an egg considered a fat? What about chia seeds? Are you counting the fat in ground beef? Or is that a protein? Please do a video on fats and what constitutes a serving.
