Oh YIKES JENNIFER!!!
BIG YIKES
Dill pickles and popcorn go great together! Not mixed but a bite of pickle, a bite of popcorn. Its been my favorite snack since I was a child. Given I’m 52, it has been a minute or two.
Ooo I might have to try it
I love unsalted popcorn and sliced dill pickles. ❤
I’ve loved pickles and cheese as a child, so I’m gonna try pop corn with pickles
Love your videos so much! Just a little bummed to see Ladder as a sponsor given how problematic their ads/marketing can be. Again though, love the content.
At least she wears a different color shirt so we can bypass it easily!
I had the same reaction to the Ladder sponsorship as well. I’ve seen a lot of predatory advertising from them, so I’m surprised to see Abby working with Ladder. I have heard that the content on their app is good though, it’s just the advertising that sucks.
I hear the baby food and my first reaction was literally: 🤢 NO!!!
SAME 🤢
I looove caviar. Thanks for letting me know it’s got nutrients!
Delicious & nutritious
Rainbow diet in trying to eat a lot of different colours with every meal / in a day actually sounds really fun
Now THAT I can get behind. The way Christina does it really isn’t for me.
i’m a little early so i just wanted to say i love your videos, and you’ve really helped me while i’ve been working on recovering from anorexia, so thank you!!! you seem so kind and i love your attitude around food 💕💐
Thank you for the kind words ❤️❤️❤️
I don’t know about the other ones, but the claim about Jennifer Aniston and her baby food recipe has been debunked by her. She doesn’t do that.
Good.
I Hate The Thought Of Eating Baby Food.
Caviar on top of a baked potato !
Baby food looks disgusting. I have done super low calorie diets, but I would never do that.
I developed POTS which includes severe constipation and delayed gastric emptying contributing to erratic appetite and frequent nausea. I have been told to have soups, smoothies and similar because it’s easier to digest but I would say if anyone has functional digestion there’s no need to have things like baby food, and I have wondered if relying on easier to digest foods actually made it harder for me to digest more fibrous foods, things like salad and I wonder if that could also happen to someone with better baseline digestion. And actually when I was at the height of appetite loss popcorn was my go to! Amish microwaved popcorn was the only thing I’d want to eat some days and luckily I could digest it, sort of. I’m a big popcorn fan. Some POTS people need electrolytes which could be in pickle juice though if just as an added flavor I’m not sure it would help
I’ve heard Dr. Stacy Sims say that the research suggesting the window to consume protein after a workout is around 4 hours is all based on male data. And that women do need to consume protein 30-60 minutes after a workout, not only to build muscle, but to prevent LEA, which women are much more sensitive to. Is this true?
Hi Abbey, love the content and I love how just sensible you are! I’ve noticed in the last couple of videos, your new title card says “subsribe”, you’re missing a C! Love, a copyeditor from the UK!
How a water melon basil cheese snack got a lower rating than a blended tuna smoothie I’ll never understand 😂
I like making a sandwich out of sandwich sliced pickles, cream cheese and pepperoni. Not a diet food unless you’re doing keto maybe 😅 but sooo good
Can you please just upload the podcasts to YouTube too?
To be fair, baby food isn’t that bad, just bland af. Wouldn’t want to eat it regularly, but it worked for me when my stomach was not doing very well.
I always thought baby food was high in fat since children under a year need 50% of their calories to come from fat since they need this for brain development. In the US it was mandated to remove fat from the label due to poor health communication which caused parents to avoid feeding their baby’s the food since they thought it was too high in fat
Abby can you please do a video on nutrition, on studies that have been done on women ❤if possible 😊
