Hardcore straightedge vegans for life !!
🎸🥁🤘🌱🤘🥁🎸
As vegan metalhead of last decade I noticed that my favorite bands bring me joy and relaxation but yeah I noticed that high volume and head banging doesn’t do good very soon. It’s true that classic music is more relaxing and heavy music sometimes give me stiff neck but it’s too good for me just to stop listening to bands I love! 🤘
Guess i need to stop being up front at the clubs and festivals and stay at the back, yay more fun.. back in highschool me and a friend headbanged so hard at a party we couldnt move our heads the next day haha, good times tho dont ruin it 😂deathcore aswel way heavier than wimpy slow heavy metal, devil spawning music
You had me worried for a second lol. Oddly enough, metal has only gotten heavier and it’s only made me feel better. Something so primally satisfying about letting it all out.
Rock n’ Roll is the greatest drug ever made!🤘
No way I don’t listen to any of that chit anymore
@VeganChiefWarrior quiting is for losers 😆
I enjoy a wide variety of musical genres (very wide) and don’t care much for heavy metal, as I cannot understand the lyrics because of the loud music. The music alone doesn’t satisfy me in the way that classical music, or even surf music. I can put up with Irish music for longer than heavy metal, and I don’t need earplugs. But at least heavy metal hasn’t adopted bagpipes as far as I know.
Whats the deal with plastic..currently eating a my muscle chef meal that came in a plastic tub with shrink wrapped plastic on top, doesnt seem right to me, im kind of on aplastic fear trip lately, is the plastic they use really safe or should it be illegal?
Vegetarian Grindcore Metal for the win
Just in time for me to watch Bloodywood next week 🤘
The rapper in the band is Vegan just FYI.

STUDDED NECK BRACES…GREAT IDEA
Judas Priest ❤❤❤
SLAYERRRRR!!!
This video made my day 😂
Great I’m going to listen to Slaughter to Prevail and try to figure out where I can sign up for some bear and knuckle boxing in my area, I don’t do a lot of head banging at home but when I go to shows I like to endure some self- degradation to my ears, neck muscles and brain cell loss once in awhile but who knows I’m pretty damn good welder and I get all jacked up listening to some good metal before I go into work like a warrior ready to get on the killing field and my work ethic seems to show signs of relentless legit welding even though I got that heavy face shield on all day snapping it up and down seems as though all those days of head banging made my next strong for my welding skill
Love Dr. Greger and his past info have been invaluable. Lately his content has been mediocre at best.
