Hi please guide me on this whenever I have gluten my body swells up and it’s seen everywhere like puffy face stomach back feet nothing other than that is it gluten intolerance?
Most likely. If you’re having severe reactions like that everytime you eat gluten just go gluten free. There are so many gluten free options that are replicas for gluten products. Lots of nutritious breads, pastas, baked goods etc made from alternative “flours” that in many cases are actually healthier than wheat. I’m sorry that you have this experience with gluten. But, you’re not alone. I have gluten intolerance and lactose in tolerance (I’m not taking offense to this parody btw ) and when I stopped eating gluten and dairy my health increased immensely. I just use vegan options for dairy products and gluten free for wheat. I don’t skip meals though, eat balanced throughout the day, probably on the scheme of 70/30 more than 80/20 (ratio of Whole Foods to once in a while foods) and by doing so I feel really good
Thankyou for your efforts ❤@@faithw5651

@@Spidertheidiotyes this!
You should ask your doctor.
What’s wrong with pilates though??
nothing wrong with pilates itself, it’s just really badly misinterpreted and put on a pedestal by diet culture trends, so people like the kind abbey is parodying here wouldn’t be doing it for the right reasons. I recommend Mina Le’s “the myth of the pilates body” video for a more in depth commentary about it
@valgdeluca oh trust me, I understand that. But as a trainer, I would be happy with my clients doing any physical activity that feels good to them. I don’t like demonizing anything. Personally, I stick with weights, but that doesn’t feel good to everyone 🤷🏼♀️
Going to Pilates is fine. Flexing to everyone that you do Pilates gives off diet culture vibes
@@KO-ef8ls absolutely – all kinds of exercise is valid, especially for people who already don’t get a lot. But the kind of person this video is parodying very likely doesn’t have an issue of not exercising enough and needing to get that kind of movement in in whatever way feels good – they’re likely already overexerting themselves, and only sticking to pilates because diet culture told them it would make them “skinny”. We shouldn’t demonise it, agreed, but we should be honest with what to realistically expect, and the reasons why one should do it – prioritizing health and wellbeing, not centering the promise of a certain look (which, realistically, not everyone can achieve even with the same exact exercise/diet regimen since everyone’s bodies are different). In this case, it’s not a demonization of pilates itself, but more showing that the obsession with pilates is just one of many symptoms that signifies the person in question likely has a bit of a toxic relationship with diet culture.
@@KO-ef8ls There’s no demonizing going on here. It’s a parody, a kind of humour. It’s a “send up”. Abbey probably does pilates herself. Pretty sure it’s the combination of thing going on here that’s she’s making fun of.
Me 😂
I don’t surround myself with people like this. 😂
Shade 😛
But what if I’m really “not a breakfast person” and love coffee?😢
I mean as long as you eat enough it’s fine! I love coffee too!
Then who cares. You do you. Don’t worry about seeking the approval of a YouTube dietician who’s built a carrier on criticizing people with specific dietary preferences
Add protein shake to coffee. Protein coffee. Breakfast of champions 😂
Apparently this makes you toxic and also a victim of diet culture 😅. There can be no nuance on the internet, not even amongst licensed health professionals.
Lol all if this is true from what ive seen being in the US since 7 years 😂😂😂😂 and esplly with stanley in the hand 😂😂😂
As a lactose-intolerant celiac who enjoys pilates and coffee, I felt attacked by the first half of this skit.
😂 same!
Everything in moderation, including coffee. Also there is lactose free milk and curd, so…what’s your problem?
The Botox in the end was spot on! She doesn’t want to eat “toxic” cottage cheese but gets botulism injected in her face 😂
But she probably thinks the flu shot would kill her

Hey Abby and team, there has been a study thats cropped recently that Creatine does not help build muscle. I can’t find the study but was wondering with your connections that you might be able to and perhaps validate or debunk it. I started creatine a little while back after watching your recommendation video and am concerned that despite all the evidence that it is beneficial, there may be more research needed. Thank you in advance.
it is benefical but they’ve also discovered that 25-30% of the population are non-responders to creatine…. on a personal note i didn’t notice the effects/benefits until after taking it for awhile so it could either be that you need more time with it or something else
@@user-strength10 thank you for your reply. I will continue to take it as even if the muscle growth takes longer to kick in them perhaps the other benefits might still apply without my direct notice. Take care!
@@jesssealey6552 no prob, might i also suggest checking out the general market for generic creatine, for some odd reason i noticed that the supplement “branded and targeted” towards woman is alot more expensive…. creatine is creatine, nothing different about the brand itself (figure you may want to save a few $$)… good luck
@@jesssealey6552 Look at the video the Toronto area doctors made about creatine. Talking With Docs is their channel name.
Your hair looks so cute
Ha ha. Nailed it! 😂😂
It’s the hyper awareness and avoiding bloating at all costs for me. I don’t care if it makes me look diet culturey. I have real gut problems from medication side effects and I will cut foods out that disturb the balance I have going. There’s nothing toxic about it if you have legit reasons to do what you’re doing. I eat a healthy breakfast every morning though.
I think it’s more than clear she doesn’t mean the people who have genuine issues. She’s talking about people who are perfectly healthy but are obsessed with diet bs that is just not relevant to them. Because of these people, many others who have genuine problems are not taken seriously, so I’m actually glad Abbey’s calling them out.
I don’t do gluten bc of celiac it makes me think imma die 😂
😂😂😂 this is ao accurate 🤣 also, love your workout outfit! Where is it from?!
So glad someone finally has the guts to say this out loud 😊
