Can Bloat be gone help me with constipation? And I’m on a natural progesterone cream, can I still take that? TKS!
Hi! It doesn’t have any laxative effects, however the digestive support could help!
Omg yes podcast!
I have recently ripped the bandaid off for the diet soda I was drinking daily. It’s been so hard and I’m in the beginning stages, so I appreciate you mentioning cravings and getting rid of them! And how you’ve been there and had to do it too!
Thanks
Just now getting the chance to see this, but I’m 1 yr postpartum, with my second boy. I’ve been following you for awhile and felt like I was constantly failing and starting over. But now using the fitness pal app just to see what I was eating throughout the day, “writing it down” and Increasing my protein and changing my coffee in the morning has made a huge difference! Thank you!! I think I’m finally understanding food for my body, and working out. I started again in January and my starting weight was around 190 lbs, and now I’m down about 17lbs, and aiming for about 150 lbs. I’m feeling much better and know I have a ways to go. But wanted to thank you! Loved your video with your hubby, all your info you both shared was very encouraging and helpful. Thank you again!!!
Can this be taken with a probiotic if that is something I’m already taking?
Absolutely yes!
