Treatment? Let’s look at the horrible processed foods, seed oils, and bad (wrong) nutrition advice as the inputs to the problem. If you look back in time, the population didn’t have the problem regulating their body fat like they do today, it self-evident that it has gotten worse. I know that food addiction is real, but it is no accident, it is by design. The big Industries are profiting on our addiction and misery.

The focus shouldn’t be solely on a treatment to fix the body, instead, it is our food supply that needs to be fixed… or rather unadulterated. Once one stops the consumption of this silly ill-advised diet and junk food, the body “fixes” itself, over time… well, in most cases, some might need treatments if their metabolism is really broken.

In computer science we have a term GIGO: Garbage in – Garbage out…

The other quote I like to use in this matter is, that insanity is when you continue to repeat the same thing and expect a different result, as what doubling down on the bad advice has been over 60 or 70 years, and of course, demonstratively has failed us.
