UPDATE: OMGoodness, if I could rate higher than a 10, it would be today – that was UH-mazing and I never knew I could sweat so much! This was a great combination of exercises for me. I really enjoyed it. Although a shorter time would be preferred.

I’m really looking forward to this one! For a while I’ve been doing one of your 30-minute routines that I’ve nicknamed The Nemesis in my head, because at first I couldn’t get further than 15 minutes, and very gradually I’ve been doing better – more time, more reps etc. A couple of days ago I did it for the first time in a couple of weeks and finished the whole time, with all the reps 🙂

LOVE this! Please do more longer workouts. I have been trying to do 45 to 60 minutes a day so this was perfect.
