      Yes… The channel is called Low Carb Love. I started watching her videos a few years ago. They were all Keto and it low carb recipes. I don’t know why this has changed.

    Just FYI, anytime you use wheat flour for baked goods, over mixing will always cause the baked goods to be tuff or less soft. Folding the dry ingredients into the wet a little at a time is a good method to avoid over mixing.

    It’s called “self raising flour” not just “All Purpose”… All purpose means it’s good for bread and cookies too. ❀ I think almond flour sub would be just fine too… comments losing their minds over non low carb lol…..
