Easy ways to reduce belly bloating & inflammation

Losing 45 pounds and keeping it off with hypothyroidism has meant constantly finding ways to balance hormones and reduce inflammation—and these are a few habits I’m LOVING in my routine right now.
If you’re feeling bloated, tired, or just off, these small changes could make a HUGE difference. These habits have not only helped me feel better, but they’ve also transformed my body, and I’m seeing even more results this year by staying consistent!
1️⃣ Castor oil packs at nightThis is a newer one for me—I started in November because they’re amazing for reducing bloating and calming inflammation. They help improve digestion, support liver detox, and leave me feeling lighter and more relaxed. Patches i use LINKED on IG @LoveSweatFitness
2️⃣ Prioritizing proteinEvery meal = protein first! It keeps me full, helps build lean muscle, and stabilizes my blood sugar (bye, energy crashes). Also, getting 20–30g within 30 minutes of waking up helps a ton! I usually just do a scoop of @lsfnutrition in water to kick off the day.
3️⃣ Walking 12ksteps dailyWalking is SO underrated. It’s not just great for fat loss—it reduces stress, supports digestion, and is the easiest way to stay active, no matter how busy life gets. This is where I started my 45-pound weight loss journey, but mix that with strength training and magic happens.
4️⃣ Sauna sessionsSweating it out 3–4x a week has been amazing for detoxing and reducing inflammation. Plus, it’s a great way to relax and recover.
5️⃣ Hydration with electrolytesWater is great, but adding electrolytes ensures my body is actually absorbing it. It helps with energy, digestion, and overall hydration.
6️⃣ Digestive enzymesI’ve been taking @lsfnutrition Bloat Be Gone daily and it’s made a HUGE difference. It supports digestion with enzymes that break down proteins, fats, and carbs—plus ingredients that reduce bloat and water retention. Total game-changer.

Weird thing to get triggered about 😆 actually works very well

    • @quantum6877 says:

@@LoveSweatFitness im not getting triggered in fact i agree with some of what you wrote in your caption but youre just doing this to make some money

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

So you acknowledge that it works and you also have a problem with someone who makes useful content making a living? If anything, that is BS 🫠

@@LoveSweatFitness ? Reread what i said “I AGREE WITH SOME OF WHAT YOU WROTE IN YOUR CAPTION” not all of it lmao

Not sure you know what that word means 🤔

    • @Lulu-lt7ft says:

@LoveSweatFitness  you’re right just Googled it. Wrong word maybe bit offensive. I just thought this is a really bizarre unscientific thing to do lol

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

Its def bizarre hah, but its been well documented as beneficial and the first hand results are amazing 🙌🏻

    • @Lulu-lt7ft says:

@@LoveSweatFitnessyou’re more entitled to say something like that than I am with that body

Also the song is very fitting, I don’t understand 😅

  • @maskedmarvel09 says:

“However, no scientific evidence exists to support these claims”

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

I truly hope no one is spending the money to run a scientific study on castor oil patches 😆 you can look up the benefits of castor oil itself. This is my first hand experience and it works amazingly well.

Can I ask how do you get rid of the sticker residue after you take the sticker off every morning in the shower? I have had trouble since I have been doing it nightly. There is always annoying residue leftover from the sticker daily. Even after I scrub it with oils or body scrubs. By the way I love all of your content to do with constipation. So many people suffer. I’m 37 year old female who eats healthy and exercises. My constipation became horrible two years ago and I’ve had to resort to colonics many times now for relief. I feel like it’s been contributing to a major majority of my weight gain because I can’t release toxins everyday. Also My brothers wife has been having a terrible experience being pregnant with consignation. She is skinny but they have been to the emergency room because she has been so uncomfortable. So PLEASE continue all the constipation / gut help. We all need help! Thank you 😘
