How about obeying God and have everlasting life .. 🤔
i’m interested in this… can you please point us to the medical research studies that prove it?
Amen. though this channel is secular.
Gos isn’t real. Time to join us in 2025.
Sorry, we only talk about things that actually exist and are provable here.
Not everything has to be about your religion. ✌🏼
3 minutes is just water, repeating statement and not giving study itself
Mir wäre es sehr viel lieber, wenn Sie Ihre Zuschauer in den Deutschen Untertiteln siezen anstatt zu duzen würden. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Hamburg/Germany

Water Fasting will Increase Your Life Expectancy.
Water is great
Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not.
Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down..
Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults.
Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor.
The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.
Get off the couch, iphone, ipad or comptuer and go outside for a walk, run, play a sport, ride a bicycle, garden, do yoga or some other activity.
Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycle to school, work or for fun.
Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
Make a bicycle your transportation option for short distance travel.
You may be interested to know that the auto club AAA lobbies against bike lanes etc.
A better auto club that may still have a bike option and responds to car emergencies is Better World Club.
I’ve used them for about 20 years and they are great. I never included the bicycle rider so can’t vouch for that.
I can say I bought a car from a private seller out of town and he is a AAA member so took me there to do the notary paperwork. They charged me an outrageous fee for it. I’d never ever give another dime to AAA besides the fact they lobby very hard to keep bicycles off roads.
It’s not easy to appeal to a government agency when the gov is lobbied hard by the #1 auto club to prevent bike lanes. I can’t mention the name because my comment keeps getting deleted. But everyone knows it starts with triple.
Your best bet is to switch auto clubs.
And there is a better one. Hint, the name starts with better.
Hospitals, doctors offices and schools should be places where good nutrition is taught and provided not places that contribute to disease and obesity. It is crazy the hospitals are feeding people the very food that caused the heart disease, high blood pressure or cancer that they are treating. Every person in the hospital should receive some nutrition education before being released. Every doctor visit should be an opportunity to educate patients about how food choices impacts their health outcomes. The fact that doctors do not get nutrition training as part of their training makes no sense. Medicare and Medicaid should require nutrition education as part of patient care. Focus should be on food choices. Fasting should be investigated as a treatment for disease.
It makes perfect sense. The medical doctors don’t receive nutrition training. That’s how the pharmaceutical industry stays in business. Medical doctors are emergency medicine doctors anyway. They’re not supposed to be the system. That was supposed to be the Naturopathic doctors.
Schools do teach nutrition. Unfortunately it’s information sponsored/provided by the meat and dairy industry.
❇ 🙆 Dr Greger y equipos 🤗 ❇ 🥰 gracias
That paradoxical effect explains so many of the problems we have in society today.
exactly what I was thinking
Go VEGAN ! 🌱
Sometimes it is “too late” to make a difference. That’s just a cold fact.
Sometimes it is but if I’m able, I’ll take that chance.
Not smoking, daily exercise, eat primarily fruits, vegetables, grains, and keep meat consumption low, keep of excess weight.
There is ‘no’ good reason to eat meat at all.
I’m a nutritionist and have always maintained nutrition is everything. I have since realized that exercise is so important I’d consider it the fountain of youth. Nutrition is still extremely important, but staying supple, strong and fit really keeps you young and able to get older without as much injury. There’s obviously much more to it like drinking clean water, breathing clean air, getting quality sleep, being happy, avoiding toxic body care products etc.
Nutrition is WAY more important than exercise, but exercise is still important.
@@jttj742 Yes, nutrition is extremely important, but if you sit around all day and don’t ever move your body, it’s equal to smoking, so I would say they’re probably equal. Your cardiovascular health will suffer, your lymph system will suffer. You won’t have any strength to protect yourself if you fall. I mean, exercise is essential to health
@@NicolesNaturalsDr Greger debunked that sitting is the new smoking claim.
@@jttj742 Did he? I didn’t see that. Even if it isn’t as bad as smoking, I still stand by everything else I said.
Wow, thank you Doc!
I eat a diet of Whole Food Plant Based Vegan. I never smoked, and I don’t drink alcohol. I just drink plant based milks and teas. Never soda or colas.
I am living in a Japanese style house, so i am living in tatami mat rooms, eating, sleeping, doing yoga, meditation, and living daily on the floor. So I have no furniture, no bed, no sofa, no high tables or chairs. Just futon, low table and floor cushions. So i must stand up and squat down, up and down, countless times from squatting or kneeling frequently on the floor. This helps to maintain core muscles, leg muscles.
I try to walk at least 10,000 steps every day, plus do some calisthenics. I also never take elevators and always use stairs even up to the 10th floor..
All these little ordinary things of daily life, altogether, can help to maintain health and longevity.
Are you happy? (Genuine question) I mean, do you enjoy life?
You know what alienated me? Not one healthcare professional supported my WFPB diet. NOT ONE. The best response was indifference. The rest were dismissive or actively negative. And this was from one of the top five hospital systems in the country, renowned for its heart care. Even the nutritionist was advocating ‘a little salmon’ to make sure I got enough protein. I’d love to find a fit, vegan doctor. It would feel like less of an uphill battle.
This is why I’m so very grateful to Dr. G and the rest.
